Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed sat in Frank at Studenstadt, München 26th June 2026 after a lovely day out in München, we met up with Jonas, Ursula, Heidi and Shaun and had a lovely evening at various Biergartens. Pours dark brown/possibly black with a head that barely lasted two seconds. This is one of those beers where you have to decide did you want this to be subtle, clearly displaying peanut butter characteristics but not in yer face, or.....or....were you expecting a full on Impy' with lashings of chocolate, peanut butter etc..well it's only 7% so it's definitely more relaxed, the chocolate and roastiness is there as is the peanut but it's well done, subtle as yer like. I like this but it might not be for some. Score:7.5
