Short pour at one of our locals.
Pour is an amber with a russet edge; nice lace.
Raspberry jam & cocoa nose; thin & inviting.
Real deal. Nice, deep, sour red fruit, medium high tartness, lemon edge, rindy grapefruit bitterness is super fruity & edging toward astringent. Some wincing cherry skin bit not as dense as a typical Flanders.
Fizzy, mostly dry, some abv warmth.
Bartender also agreed this was excellent.
