Modern WCIPA with Simcoe®, Krush™, Rakau™ & Motueka™
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at DosKiwis.
A base of 100% Pilsner malt keeps the texture lean & smooth, an ideal foundation for this ripe US & NZ hop combination. Our selected Simcoe cuts a complex figure, both herbaceous & juicy, while the tropical hues of Krush & orchard sweetness of Rakau add to the structure of the whole piece. There's a resinous background hum, classic to the style & a distinctive lemon twist from Motueka on the finish.
Sweet Herbs, Ripe Fig & Sharp Citrus.

Keg at Juova, Helsinki.
The beer poured clear and golden in color.
Light herbal, grassy hops, stonefruity. Fresh, creamy mouthfeel but turns slightly bitter later on.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is dank, herbal, piney resin, citrus. Taste is also very herbaceous, dank, resinous, pine, grapefruit, lime zest, decent bitterness throughout with a hint of caramel malt sweetness. Medium bodied. Solid westie.

Draft at Hoplocker, Southbank. Hazy-opaque gold. Foamy white head. Aroma has sweet citrus with a gooseberry bitter edge. Underlying soft malts. Medium bitter core under a layer of soft slightly sour citrus. Gains bitterness as I drink on. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Sweeter than I expected but still decent.
