Riwaka is a difficult hop to brew with. Sometimes it can dominate and overshadow other hops. But still, this time we went with Riwaka only. We get super bright aromas of grapefruit, mango, papaya and fresh cut grass in the most positive way.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of lime and papaya. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lime, papaya, syrup and pineapple. Warming finish with low bitterness.

44cl can de et partagée avec Vincent et Isa, merci.
Dorée, trouble marqué, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un gros bouquet fruité - cela part bien sur le tropical - mangue/passion avec un gros bouquet axé sur les céréales.
Palais est de suite marqué par une grosse épaisseur de bouche venant de l'avoine. Pas mal de notes tropicales du Riwaka

In fine, assez classique, sans plus avec ce côté déjà vu - je la trouve trop épaisse pour vraiment profiter de qcq de léger.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 28.04.2026, bbe 02/2027. Murky yellow beer with medium+, stable cloudy head. Aroma is hops, dank and juicy tropical fruits. Flavor is ripe fruits, grapefruit, floral oaty notes. Not best of Factory.

CBH2026. Smell of oat, grapefruit,. Opaque pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of raw citrus, some tropical fruit. Oaty finish. Lively soft carbon. Medium bitter.

Draft at Haka, Helsinki.
The beer poured hazy and light yellow in color.
Nz hops, dankness. Grapefruit. Full bodied, flavourful.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is oaty, toasted, floral and catpissy. Flavour is catpissy, some floral and oaty/chewy tones. Not nice.
