Growler from eastern district. Pours gold, mild lacing, earthy floral aroma. A bit of a yeast kick.

32oz growler pours a neon yellow with some clumpy, white head. Nose has a lot of perfume, pineapple, some parsley, starfruit, ripened pear. Flavor has some candy sugar, Citra hops, pineapple, starfruit, pear, light clove. Spicy, fruity finish. Good.

Growler courtesy of nimbleprop, thank you! Poured a light, slightly pale yellow color with a small, wispy head. Aroma was notes of light yeast, grains, with some light malt notes. Flavor, yeast notes, grains. Sweet, light notes. Enjoyed this one.

Growler courtesy of nimbleprop, thank you sir! Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Aroma of peppery straw. Taste is sweet, malty, peppery raw bread dough. Not bad.

Location: Draft at Spuyten Duyvil, 4/13/13
Aroma: The aroma has plenty of Belgian yeast and spice, with some citrus fruits as well
Appearance: This one pours a hazy gold-orange color, with a small head and white lace
Flavor: The flavor leans way more to the Belgian side (yeast/spice), than it does to the hop side
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a fairly clean mouthfeel, and a mild dryness
Overall Impression: Overall, this one is very Belgiany with some hops notes as well. It is not really very bitter at all, it is much more yeasty/spicy. It makes a ton of sense to me that this is on here as a Belgian Ale and not as an IPA as the name might have suggested.

My first beer from Barrier! Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweet fruity yeasty aroma with orange peels and citrus. Medium-bodied. Citrusy, sweetish American-Belgian yeasty-fruity flavor. Lemongrass and hops in the finish. Nice.
