Keller Pils. Like great jazz improvisation, there are endless opportunities when crafting malt, water, hops and yeast into beer. Varying only the variety of hops employed each time we brew a Braumeister Pils, we get to enjoy this pleasure of possibilities. Cold conditioned for maximum refinement, it is always offered unfiltered. ABV: 4.7-5.4%
Expect dry, quenching character as the often subtle, sometimes assertive signatures of great hop varieties lead this brewers quartet.

Draught from Blind Tiger. Golden pour white head. A nice lil pilsner with a bit of hops bite.

Tap at victory taproom Philadelphia. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is honey malts, grass, grassy hop. Palate is super crisp, light grains, grassy, mineral, highish fine carbonation. Flavour is composed of clean light grains, nutty, light honey cereal, grassy hop, herbal edge. Good. Crisp.

Tap at Churchkey. Light hazy pale golden, creamy head. Nice crisp hop nose. Clean chewy base, a hint grain, good grassy, light citric hops to balance. Decent.

On Tap at BitterCreek Alehouse Sofy light pale yellow, somewhat hazy. Thick blankets of white lacing coating the glass. Typical light malt flavors. Slight soapy s[icy hop bite. Good

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey during the Victory 20th anniversary event. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of pils malt, citrus, herbs. Tastes of pils malt, citrus, wheat and hay, light yeast. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

On draught at Winking Lizard. The beer pours a clear pale golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with an herbal hops character and notes of fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a spicy hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
