Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts provide a modest but an adequate sweetness. Nelson Bliss. Third time of trying if my dodgy old memory serves. Consistent. Has the Gooseberry tangy tartness into light bright winey grape. Touch of rounded citrus underneath. Light crisp semi dry finish. This seems to be a good way of getting the these aspects from Nelson. From classic Nelson, still missing the resinous white port vibe but, it's great to have Nelson, so far, consistently punchy in this form.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 07/06/2026.
Murky orange to burnt golden topped with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl.
Nose is Nelson fuelled, gooseberries, stone fruit, punchy tropicana.
Taste comprises orange pith, raw pineapple, less Nelsonisms than the nose had suggested, papaya, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy kit.
