Botchet mead
Bochet is a term for fermented, caramelized honey. Gently toasting wildflower honey creates notes of caramel and toffee while bringing a creamy mouthfeel to the palate. Serve at cellar or room temperature paired with spicy barbeque, creme brulee, or chocolate covered strawberries.

Bright, medium gold pour.
Surprisingly gentle. Floral & slightly waxy nose, some herbal.
Taste is semisweet, thin, simple floral, some gooey sugars but not really heavy like I expected.
Classy.
