Copper color with mild bread aroma. Nice flavor combination of caramel sweetness with a quick turn to a crisp, hoppy finish.

Knoxville Brewer’s Jam 10/04. Clear deep amber with a thin head. Malty, proper Oktoberfest aroma. Just enough sweet malt in the flavor followed by crisp, slightly acidic dry finish. Not bad.
