Bottle. Orange copper Color with a medium head. Aroma was malty, nutty and grains. Taste was toasted grains with a malty sweet finish.

Copper color with mild bread aroma. Nice flavor combination of caramel sweetness with a quick turn to a crisp, hoppy finish.

12 ounce bottle from Libation Station. Pours a clear copper with a large foamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy malt, nuts, mild caramel. The taste is toffee, caramel, mild graininess and raisin. Thin-medium bodied.

Draft. Hazy orange amber color, medium white head. Aroma of caramel biscuit. Taste is similar. Earlier Rating: 2/25/2013 Total Score: 3Bottle. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of light grass and citrus. Taste is sweet malt.

Knoxville Brewer’s Jam 10/04. Clear deep amber with a thin head. Malty, proper Oktoberfest aroma. Just enough sweet malt in the flavor followed by crisp, slightly acidic dry finish. Not bad.
