Beautifully elegant, fruity and playful apéritif with flavours of soft red fruits and a peppery touch. Infusion of softly squeezed Pinot Noir pomace in 12 months old Aged Pale. Upcycling project in collaborations with local winery “Wijndomein Voosbeke” located at 3.5km as the bird flies.

18/XI/25 - 33cl bottle @ HoReCa Expo (Gent), BB: IV/2028, vintage 2024 (2025-1293) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear copper coloured beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: a bit funky, woody, brett notes, wild impression, sourish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant acidity, a bit metallic, fruity, red grapes, nice! Aftertaste: lactic acid, some tannins, bretty funk, a bit metallic, earthy, yeast notes, good!
