Bam Bam is a crisp, clean light lager with a grainy sweetness balanced by an herbal, slightly spicy hop aroma. Subtle additions of smoked barley from Weyerman Malting in Bamberg, Germany add a touch of smoke. Rustic yet easy drinking this beer was inspired by a trip to Franconia.

Clear, pale honey gold, frothy, dirty lace, dimpled stein at the source.
Honey, slightly savory baked nose.
Rounded, bittersweet, heavier cereal starch than their first lager, but still free flowing. Subtle grodziskie-like smoke, no sausage. Middle end introduces a nice medium low herbal bitterness that sticks around. Finish is off-dry+.
Frothy, medium high carb, slight booziness.
