BARREL AGED AMERICAN WILD ALE · 7.2%
A mixed fermented wild ale aged in Bourbon barrels. The acidity and funk of the beer interplay with the oak from the barrels to create something truly extraordinary and fun. Tarty and crisp with a beautiful depth of flavor.
🥇 Winner of the Gold Medal in the Barrel-Aged Sour category at the 2026 NY State Craft Beer Competition.

Teku glass at As Is; $12, burning down my per diem.
Hayz, uniform, dark amber, thin lace.
Bittersweet apple, butter, gentle wood, old ale, inviting nose, some cocoa as it warms.
Fruity & rich, papaya & cooked down orange, green unripened fruit, serious orange wine flavors, mellow & appropriate oxidation. Mellow aged hops, aged soft tobacco. This could get muddy as it warms.
Thicker, slight texture, bite-y twang, some building vegetal heat.
Never heard of this brand, tis good.
