Bottled. Orange. .Strong herbal bent to this one. OK but not my favorite pumpkin ale.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy orange color. Giant head that disappears fairly quickly. Aroma was spice, nutmeg some alcohol. Taste was a little too hoppy for my taste in a pumpkin brew.

Pumpkin beers already? No way, must be an old bottle left over from last year! Big foamy head with lots of lively co2 visible. Beer has lots of co2 on the tongue as well. Good rocky and foamy experience for eyes and palate. Hazy. OK, after a long search found a date code on the bottom: 7/14. Stronger pumpkin beer with a moderate amount of spices and the alky content is not as in yer face as the 7% would indicate. Typical difficult higher alky punpky beer. Interesting to try this at this time of year. Smooth mellow pumpkin aromas.

Boozy and some sour mash malt. Amber pour with OK head and lacing. A good beer to do a tickers ball style half a half ounce rating. Kind of a sour finish. Just seems like pumpkin with the spices. Tap sample pour at crios.

Golden in the glass with a nearly white head. Fruity-spicy in the nose, hints of peach and - of course - pumpkin. The beer starts smooth, fruity. Malty and not too sweet body. The mainpart is malty, a bit yeasty, nice subtle pumpkin-aroma with smooth sweetness. The aftertaste in smooth, pumpkin and slightly sweetness.
Nice brew, but could be much more spic and pumpkin in it! --> 10/12/10/19

On draft at lost dog cafe in McLean VA. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Aroma of pumpkin pie spice. Light pumpkin flavors with some smooth caramel malt. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. Smooth, slightly bitter finish.

Cider vinegar, tomatoes, persimmon nose. Cloudy amber, thin head. Harsh mouthfeel. Dry, vinegar and nutmeg flavor. Everything I dislike about pumpkin beers in one bottle.

Belgian yeast? That's a bit funky

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/27/2013. Pours moderately hazy bright orange amber color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of pumpkin, pear, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, toast, wheat, floral, and yeast earthiness. Ok aromas with huge spice presence and decent malt balance; with good strength. Taste of pumpkin, pear, cinnamon, toast, clove, nutmeg, wheat, floral, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of pumpkin, pear, cinnamon, toast, clove, nutmeg, wheat, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice and well balanced pumpkin, malt, and spice flavors; with solid complexity and no cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a moderately creamy and lightly slick mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a solid pumpkin ale. Balanced malt, pumpkin, and slice flavors; and easy to drink for the ABV. Pretty enjoyable.
