The brewers started with a base of To Thee Pilsner malt and white wheat for a crisp, clean taste. Then they trained this Jed-IPA on Amarillo, Citra, Centennial, and Centennial Cryo for a must try sip. Search your feelings, you know it to be true.
Tasting Notes
Every swig is like a thermal detonator of succulent citrus, erupting with juicy mandarin, grapefruit peel, and orange blossom nuances. It’s all beautifully met by a West Coast bitterness as classic as the Original Trilogy itself!

16 oz can from RAR, 7/21/26. Pours a clear gold with a frothy foam of white head. Grapefruit, pineapple, pine, melon, and some grass. A little juicy, very clean, with some hoppy bitterness on the finish. Absolutely crushable at 7%. Really good.

Can, from Warehouse Liquors, Chicago IL (June 2026). Pours lightly cloudy lemon yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with on malt background, thin body, long finish. Solid IPA.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of grapefruit pith and orange. Med body. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. A tad fruity for a typical WC IPA. Not Old School IMHO. Good IPA.
