Moteuka Simcoe Citra.

A bright, hazy IPA built with bold lines of citrus, tropical fruit and a little resinous depth. Motueka brings zesty lime and fresh citrus, Citra adds juicy mango, grapefruit and soft tropical sweetness, while Simcoe cuts through with pine, stone fruit and a subtle dank edge.

Smooth, vibrant and full of detail, with a clean bitterness and a finish that keeps drawing you back in.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Fairly light bodied pale malts, a pleasant light creamy sweetness. Bright cooling pine into fairly juicy hop fruits. Mild Motueka lime into soft citrus, mild Simcoe pineapple, soft Citra. Light finish. Nothing out the ordinary but, has that Azvex fairy dust.
