Description
Browar Monsters Notorious BLG Imperial Stout
Browar Monsters Notorious BLG Imperial Stout is a powerful craft beer for those who like it intense, dark, and uncompromising. This beer is perfect for long evenings where you consciously take your time with each glass.

Appearance and first impression
In the glass, Notorious BLG appears almost pitch black with a dense, creamy, beige head that sits on the surface like espresso crema. Even as you pour, you're greeted by strong aromas of freshly brewed coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. The beer feels heavy, oily, and elegant; the rim of the glass becomes almost completely coated in dark liquid, immediately telling you that a truly impressive amount of flavor awaits.

Aromas, taste and mouthfeel
On the palate, this Imperial Stout makes a powerful entrance: intense roasted notes are reminiscent of espresso, cocoa, and roasted coffee beans, accompanied by creamy vanilla that lends the beer a velvety, almost dessert-like quality. These are joined by nuances of caramel, dark dried fruit, and a hint of licorice. The texture is full-bodied, smooth, and warming, with a long, aromatic finish where coffee and vanilla linger harmoniously.

Perfect for special moments of enjoyment
Notorious BLG isn't a casual beer; it's a true connoisseur's brew, best enjoyed slightly chilled in a suitable glass. It's ideal with chocolate desserts, cheese platters, or simply on its own as a liquid dessert. If you love strong, complex stouts, this monster absolutely belongs in your shopping cart.

Can picked up from Craftbeershop webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Wednesday 3rd June 2026 watching The Mentalist on Netflix we had Fish Fingers, Chips and Mushy Peas for tea. Pours black with a beige head, lots of coffee, but creamy also but the coffee floods through. It's coffee on the nose but vanilla and dark bitter chocolate also, a touch of liquorice, thick creamy mouthfeel. Intense but very drinkable, okay it's probably better to share but I loved it and managed it my own. Great stuff. Score: 8.1
