THE GREEN LEAF was born from a moment we will always remember: the gold medal at the Harvest Cup, organized by Mr. Malta and Biolupulus. This recognition has given us the opportunity to brew this beer with the support of Weyermann, Fermentis, BarthHaas, and Biolupulus, making possible a project that goes far beyond a single recipe.
The green leaf symbolizes this shared path: the link between the one who cultivates, the one who produces, and the one who accompanies the process.
An emblem of belonging and of everything built up to this point.
Biolupulus' organic Chinook, along with Centennial and Citra, shapes this DDH Double West Coast IPA created to celebrate this goal.

Faintly cloudy golden orange with a white head. Plenty of citrus, pine, sweet malts, toast, sweet fruits, a bit of caramel. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice bitterness. Fairly simple and straightforward but in a tasty way.
