Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Clear yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Apples and hops in the nose. medium body with flavors of apple and mild floral hops. The finish is fruity with an apple cider aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a clear transparent color with a nearly absent apple aroma. Figured the hops would contribute to the aroma a little more, but they play a small role in the flavor. Wish the hops added a little more. Very basic apple cider for me, though the flavor is good. Refreshing, and quite easy to drink. Just wanted a little more character.

Bottle: Clear, bubbly gold with a quick white ring. Apple.....and a very light caramel note to the scent. Taste is straight-up apple.....with a hint of grassy hops.....adds a subtle "beery" aspect at the finish. Pretty good.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Hoboken Vine, 9/5/14
Aroma: The nose is clean apple, not particularly sweet, with some light spice notes
Appearance: It pours a clear apple juice yellow with a tiny, bubbly head and no lace to speak of
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart apple, clean flavor, simple, mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light, it is smooth and easy drinking, with a clean, light finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was quite solid. Its an easy cider for sure. Clean and drinkable. It doesn't get overly sweet or overly tart, it just stays balanced, simple, and clean. There's something to be said for that.

Draught, St Augs. Pale green-yellow. Lots of alcohol taste, little bit of apple. No hops noted. Bit sulphury, big alcohol late and it’s thin. I’m looking for a positive here but not finding one.

On tap at the Alibi Room for Camrapalooza 2014, pours a clear nearly white colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out dryhops and very dry apples. Flavour is very dry and hoppy, with dry apples, dry hops and little residual sugar. Very drinkable but low complexity. Decent.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Very pale blond color with almost no head. Some aroma of apple and plastic, light, and acidic; light hazelnuts. Dry and weak mouthfeel; light cider flavor, a bit of cider vinegar, with light acidity; the final is lightly bitter, vegetable.
It feels like drinking Swedish face ciders.

Bottle at Meridian Pint. Clear yellow color, rare bubbles. Aroma of lightly dusty apple skins. Aroma of bittersweet apples, white pepper. OK. I don’t get a lot of the hops character, unless it’s the pepperiness.
