Mirror of the Sky is a West Coast style pale with a crisp malt profile and balanced bitterness. Hopped with Simcoe and Centennial for a resinous pine backbone, layered with moreish tropical fruits and tutti frutti characteristics.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of pine, resin, citrus, some caramel and malty notes. Taste dominated by the piney resinous hops, grapefruit, citrus peel, touch of caramel, malts, crisp and clean with an assertive but not overly strong bitterness. Medium bodied.
