Our Czech-style Lager is brewed solely with organic malted barley and the Czech hop Saaz for a soft yet firm bitterness. We use a traditional decoction mash, ferment cold and mature the beer for over 30-days at close to 0°C to yield a clean, authentic, crisp and refreshing lager.
