Tree of Life is an American Barleywine Ale crafted from a blend of fresh and aged Tree of Life, the latter aged for over two years in select bourbon barrels. Its evolving flavor profile is the result of a complex grain bill featuring pale, chocolate, and caramel malts, all of which are balanced by traditional American bittering hops. This patient and cohesive beer balances a chewy body with a faint hint of earthy hops.

We detect notes of brown sugar, dark sugary syrup, toffee, molasses, fig, black cherry, raisins, dates, and the faintest hint of milk chocolate character.
