Cask at Moutere Inn. Almost clear orange with white head. Some biscuit malts, orange, more citrus, nice smooth texture. Bitter finish.

On handpull at Galbraith's. Pours gold with a white cap. Almond, toffee, raspberry, honey, pear, apple, orange. Lovely smooth full body on the handpull. Very nice.

Handpull at the source. Cloudy orange brown color, sparkler type head. Aroma of fruity sourdough bread, orange peel. Taste is creamy, smooth bitterorange and light spice. CAMRA would have a heart attack if they saw a cask ale served with a sparkler.
