Pint on tap at The Institution, Christchurch. Cloudy orange/yellow beer with solid thin white head. Aroma of dough, banana, spice, sulphur. Light body, light fizz. Beautiful sequential lacing. Taste is initially bitter, slowly giving way to classic banana/clove territory. The sulphurous background note is ever-present. Really delicious pint.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and banana. Taste is banana, citrus, light clove. Delicious!
