Once again our Granny Smith Cider - Lure makes a base for this special Cider. We take the pith of Quince left over from the Bier Kafe's Quince Paste, and add Galaxy Hops. Very refreshing and flavoursome.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, small white edge head. Aroma of Christmas spice, maybe nutmeg and ginger. Taste is tart apple, light spice, subtle pineapple. Very tasty. No significant detectable hops, so a far cry from the Good George dry hopped cider, but decent in its own right. Would work warmed I think.
