Draft at the source. Crystal clear yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of dried apple skins. Taste is fresh apple flesh, light spice.

Yellow and appley. Sweet and sour. A balanced, basic cider. Enjoyable pint.

Soft, tart, big apple nose but balanced sweet apple and complex acidity on the palate. Very nice. Probably an alias of the regular cider.
