Beautiful dark roasted malt profile kissed with hints of chocolate, bourbon, chocolate and oak. Bourbon Barrel Aged Southern Belle blended with fresh Pandemic Porter.

4oz sample at Churchkey’s 3 Stars 1st Anniversary event. Pours an oily brown with some beige head. Nose of windex, booze, malt, raisins. Flavor is sweet, boozy, spicy, peppery, a little cherry, rum, wood pulp. Full, sticky finish. A bit too much.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a dark brown color, with a small wispy head. Aroma is some chocolate, coffee, vanilla notes. Flavor was coffee, chocolate, vanilla notes. This was pretty smooth.

Draft at the source. Completely black color, beige head. Aroma of vanilla, dark cocoa, espresso. Taste is rich vanilla, burnt coffee, licorice, dark fruit. The barrel is present but in the background, so it doesn’t overwhelm. Definitely a big beer, but very drinkable.
