[2/27/15] Draught at Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland. Clear golden. Sour aroma with apples and quite a bit of cinnamon. Sourish flavor with apples and some spiciness. I don’t like cinnamon in my beer, but it’s decent.

Amazing that no apples were used. On tap at the brewery. Pours a yellow color with a medium white head. A big spicy nose with apples and something akin to whiskey. The flavor is zest, sour green apples, spices, a bit of pulp. Very fresh and good.

Out of the cask at the Barrel House. Amazing aroma of apple spice. Hazy yellow with a white head. Flavor is also full of cinnamon and apple spice. Really enjoyable out of the cask.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of pie crust and light spice, subtle apple esters. Taste is softly sour summer fruit and citrus.
