Black with a creamy tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, cocoa, espresso, vanilla, and melted caramel. Roasted malt, chocolate, and earth notes dominate the flavor. Medium bodied with a healthy dose of carbonation. Roasted, bitter finish. A very nice Porter.

Brown to black with amber edges debittered dark malts and smoked malts. A hint of raisins and chocolate. This is a pretty well balanced porter. The combo in the taste is chocolate and smoked malts with an undercurrent of oak and caramel. Not too sweet or dry
