1/7/2026. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours okay. Elderflower and green apple aroma. Big tangy tartness. Quite liked that.

500ml bottle from the Old Chapel Cidery, Ford & Etal Estate. Yellowy golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of elderflower, apple, heathery funk. Taste is sweet, appley, floral, elderflower, zesty, grapefruit, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & flowery citric finish. Quite drinkable.
