On tap at the source. Pours a highly opaque reddish amber color with a smallish short lived off white head. The aroma is sweet with lots of bready caramel malt and a hint of Belgian yeasty phenols. The flavor is sweet caramel with hints of chocolate, a bit of clove and bready malt with just enough yeasty phenols to make it a Belgian style brew. Medium to thick body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet almost syrupy mouthfeel. Nice brew a bit sweet but very flavorful and hides its abv incredibly.

Draft at the source. Cloudy gilden amber color, fluffy tan head, solid lacing. Aroma of crispy bacon, flowers. Taste is interesting, hard ti describe. A bit oily. Fried pork rind maybe.
