Bottle from Aomori Station. Hazy bright golden color with lace. Bug apple nose, slightly spicy, ripe fruit, baked apples. Oak comes through in the flavor. Vanilla, brandy or even whisky notes, apple, tannins, slightly creamy. Iām pretty impressed with this brewer. Good stuff and not crazy expensive.

From Aomori is this deep gold cider with a slightly petey oak apple aroma. Medium to full bodied with quite a bit of pitch and oak giving it a slightly medicinal character. Very much not a sweet mass market cider.
