Keg at MSBH 2026. It pours jet black with a thick, dense khaki head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, nutty, charred wood, pipe tobacco, bonfire, muted barnyard, cacao nibs and ash. The taste is crisp, dry, charred, burnt toast, umami, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, umami, liquorice, washed process coffee and mild acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, velvety finish. Robust and charred. Very nice.
