A crisp and refreshing Bavarian-style Pils. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pilsner and Extra Pale Premium Pils malt and hopped exclusively with german Tettnanger hops. Spunded for natural carbonation and lagered cold in horizontal tanks until peak maturity was achieved. Garden herb crackers zested with meyer lemon.

Pours a clear pale gold, plenty of foam, very good retention and lacing.
The smell is the lovely German hops, cracker malt, balance.
The taste is noble hops, Tettnang, light bread and cracker malt. Love the balance going on here. And even though there's no dating on the can, this is undoubtedly fresh product.
Medium bodied, I would drink this again in a heartbeat.
