HOPPY NOTHING, a non-alc Grimm IPA. We’ve applied all of our ingenuity to concocting an IPA that is alcohol-free while still providing you the hoppy and malty accents you crave. Hoppy Nothing is an enjoyably balanced west-coast-adjacent near-beer spotlighting Mosaic hops. Enjoy!

Pleasant and well-done Mosaic hops add a good, spicy, lemongrass character. Cracker-like malts behind it, with no wort, weird sugar, oxidation, etc...
Hey wow, this isn't abysmally seltzery. Quite a good body, actually, for an NA beer, with a pinch of honey-like sweetness and excellent dry hop character adding mineral, chalk and actual hop. Would like a bit more blueberry or just more intensity to the hop, overall, but for a, let's say, West Coast Pale Ale, you could do much, much worse. There's a good balance and notable dry-hopping with no wort. The "malt" just tastes like honey, though.
