Purplish colour, medium head. Berries are mild both on nose and palate. The base saison is decent, the fruit finishes stronger in the finish with a bit of tartness.

Glass shared with Josh and Phill during a mini-trip organized to help carless Phill pick up his Tavour bottles, some of which had been waiting for him for about a year, hehe.
Aroma: nice berries and farmhouse funk. Some kinda cherry skins.
Taste: along the same lines, very prominent berries, some tannins. On the drier side, food carbonation.
Overall: nice one.

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a large pink head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast and some tart berries. Flavour is fairly laid-back, with a nice spent fruit character and some wild yeast. Simple but clean and well-made.

On tap at WA Brewers Fest 2026. Pours murky mahagony with a pink head. Medley of tart red berries on the nose. Flavour has tart, fairly attenuated berries, on the earthy side. Not super complex, but nicely done.
