Light roast and a hint of caramel. Pours black with OK head. Light bitter finish. Some chocolate. Tap at brewpub.

Draft at the source. Just about black, thick brown head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate and baking briwnies. Taste is diuble chicilate tartuffo with espresso. Very nice. Great body for 4%.

2oz pour at Franklin’s. Pours a watery, mahogany amber with some thick, off white head. Nose of caramel, roasted barley, coffee, malt, toast, a little molasses. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, toasted bread, coffee grounds, light vanilla. Dry, roasty finish. Nicely crafted.
