Draught at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen
Muddy deep blond color with creamy head. The aroma is fruity, a bit spicy, mildly funky. Dry mouthfeel; it seems a rather good beer, with lean malt and rye flavor, and bit of fruity hops, but also a mild but evident infection; correct bitterness.
Good beer, but loses some points because of the infection.

Sample at the Beers from the Bikes Villes tasting on 11/08/2013. Pours a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, roast malt and subtle rye. The finish is moderately bitter with a lightly spicy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice fruity malt with light herbs, coriander and orange pulp. In mouth, a nice fruity citrusy malt with grassy lemony hops, saison like, nice.

Yap at Mellow Mushroom Charleston. It pours hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is earth, rye, spice, leather, varnish, sweet orange, nectarine and peach. The taste is earth, wood, spice, grapefruit, pithy lemon, soap and light alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A solid rye pale all-round.

On tap at the Brick Store Pub Sweet Sixteen Party. Pours a hazy yellow color, with a big, off-white head. Nice floral hop aroma up front, with some white bread, citrus, and rye. Nice hop bitterness, with some good malt backbone, and a little spiciness. Medium body, silky, and astringent. Overall, this is a nice pale ale.
