Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

Bottle share by Marcus. Pours light gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is earthy/vinous. Med minus body. Flavor is slightly fruity, slightly earthy, a little hoppy. something like a wheaty saison? A bit light on flavor, but the flavor is good.

Sample at New Belgium Hub at DIA. Clear bright yellow pour with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of biscuit malt, grassy hops and a touch of citrus. The finish is sweet with a doughy malt and fruit aftertaste. Slightly above average thirst-quencher overall.

Bottle at BTBF. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hued body and a faint white head. Aromas are spicy, phenolic, oddly fruity in a way that I cannot really pinpoint. Crisp, light malt character, medium ester. Flavors are spicy, grainy and fruity with a touch of citrus. Bone dry, maybe some wheat. Dry, a bit thin bodied. Refreshing.

Pour is a clear bright yellow with a large white head. Aroma is citrusy hoppy, a little sour and maybe some tropical fruit. Flavor is very light. Some bitterness to start, then comes a small yeasty ester. Not much to this beer, its light and refreshing. Probably best for having a few while outdoors.

Meh again for a New Belgium brew. Too odd a mix of flavours for my liking.

On tap at Local Republic. Light gold color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is wheat, pine hops, and dry grass. Sweet flavor, with a light, crisp bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp and hard. Overall, this is a simple, yet drinkable beer.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear-pale gold, with minimal head. Aroma is light herbal and grassy with some light lemon and citrus notes. Taste is light bitter and follows aroma with the lemon and citrus being more prevalent. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation with a decently long finish. Overall, not bad for a summer seasonal. Not mind blowing but quite drinkable.
