Hazy pale gold before you pour the murky sediment, white head. Really sticky jammy aroma - figs and prunes - almost artificial. After a while that starts to smell like old hops. The taste is a pretty clean and smooth Berliner upfront, with the finish bringing back those syale hop sticky sweetness. Pouring the sediment seems to have been a mistake, otherwise... Must have been quite nice.

Trübes gelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr unangenehm, säuerlich, Sauerkraut, fauler Käse. Geschmack leicht malzig säuerlich, nicht toll dieses Bier.

Bottle: very pale golden, hazy, stable white head with a little lace, barnyardy and flowery nose with heavy traces of old potatoe peelings; moderate sourish-bitter flavour, bitter-acidic finish with rural and hoppy aromas. Pretty horrible aroma, but all in all still drinkable…

Bottle at fourth Braustelle festival. Cloudy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of herbs and citrus. Taste is similar.

Geruch negativ nach altem Camenbert. Säuerlich, etwas mäßig hopfig, brennend. Schon aufgrund des Geruchs fast untrinkbar, immerhin weich werdend. 11/4/5/3//3
