0.5l fliptop at TSV, Prague. Murky light brown body... always a sign of quality! Somewhat lasting, bit off-white head. Oxidized dried fruit aroma, bit herbal, bit tropical. Lean dry floral bitterish taste, treacly maltiness, woody almost, some dried fruit, the bitterness beating most modern takes at west coast IPA. Oh wow this is off the mark in every way imaginable.... Initally 4.6, but then I realized it was with barrenwort, so, weirdly, the profile is partly as planned. I truly doubt the oxidation was, though.
