1/7/2026. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Nice colour. Cherry and apple aroma. Cherry pie. Sweet and tart, with a big tart finish. Another nice one, not artificial.

500ml bottle from the Old Chapel Cidery, Ford & Etal Estate. Clear red colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of cherry, marzipan, apple, earth. Taste is sweet, cherry, syrupy, abit medicinal, marzipan, with some fleshy apple and drying tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & drying acidic cherry finish. Quite drinkable.
