32 oz. growlette purchased from the brewery and consumed 18 hours after the fill. Color displayed is a cloudy gold color with a thin white head in a pilsner glass. Aroma is light wheat and earthy rhubarb.
Flavor is a pleasant surprise. Light bready malt upfront and gives a light chewy, fuller body for a Wit. Lemons, rhubarb and wheat flavor. It also displays a yeasty and slightly sour flavor from the rhubarb I enjoy. Really well put together brew and a great summer beer to sip after a few hours in the sun. Nice job with this one!

Draft at the source. Murky yellow color, white head. Aroma of fruity and sour citrus. Taste is spiced grapefruit and tangy bitter fruit. Tasty.

On tap at Southern New Hampshire Brewers Fest. Enjoyed in a 2 ounce glass. Happy to try this as it is made with rhubarb that’s harvested in my town. Up front breadiness on the nose with a nice wheat and and coriander spice. Taste has a nice level of lemons, cucumbers and rhubarb with a bitter / champagne like finish. Light body. This is a very drinkable beer. The brewers should be proud of this one.
