Toroa, Māori for albatross, is a hazy IPA dry hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Motueka, Rakau, and Nectaron, a nod to the New Zealand hops at its heart.

On the nose, a tropical fruit salad bursting with mangoes, bananas, limes, and stonefruit.

Hazy, pale, with a thick head. Ok pear/nectaron notes, mild and sweet malt character, not much hop burn here thankfully.

473ml can. Pours an opaque yellow gold with yeast particles that settle on the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, apricot, pineapple, mango, earthy yeast and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, lime, pineapple, mango, peach, oats, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Solid.

Poured from 473mL can. Opaque blonde gold with white head. Juicy tropical hops with some stonefruit thrown in. Decent.

Well-balanced hazy IPA that highlights those New Zealand hops. It's not the most intense or "haze bomb" version in Superflux's lineup, but it's well balanced and structured. If you like juicy, fruit-forward hazies with a bit of exotic character, this one is nice. Highly recommended

16oz shared with Farees @ Phill's during the BBQ party in honour of his birthday.
Aroma: juicy, tropical fruits.
Taste: along the same lines, very juicy and fruity.
Overall: this one is quite nice and to me in particular I like this one more than 80% of the beers they released within the last 2-3 years.
