Can. Roasted, burnt, charcoal, some fruityness. Pleasant blend of sweet maltiness and hoppy bitterness. Perhaps a bit burnt, but nice. Or perhaps more interesting than nice. 646413 260822

Can @ home. Unclear deep golden body with floaters under a nice off-white head. Aroma is light malt, mild caramel and hint of bacon/bonfire. Taste is medium sweet malt, light toffee and moderate but distinct bonfire. This beer is supposed to be a slightly case of an accident with too much heat in the kettle, but it tastes more like a smoked lager than a burnt lager. Nothing super exiting or particular extreme on the smoke part, but fairly drinkable and it would a been a big shame to throw this ‘’accident’’ down the drain. I guess this might be a great match for spicy sausages etc.
