This Yuzu Rice Lager is a refreshingly light and ultra crisp brew that's as smooth as it is flavorful. Infused with the bright, zesty essence of Yuzu, it delivers a lively blend of Lemon, Lime, and layered with citrus complexity.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head and fair retention. Very little lacing. Light citrus aroma. Light citrus flavor too, with a somewhat grainy finish. A very simple light summer beer. Smooth and clean. Light, thin body. Medium-high carbonation. Not bitter. Decent.

Lime zest, toast and bready yeast, and light vanilla. Sweet and zesty, with a touch of citrusy bitterness. Light, crisp, and sticky. Weak and odd. Fair.
