Introducing Rowhaus Pils, our newest lagerbier, brewed as a traditional German-style pilsner, and brewed in collaboration with Ron Barchet, cofounder of Victory Brewing in Philadelphia, PA. Rowhaus Pils begins in the brewhouse with soft water and an intensive mashing of 100% Bamberger pilsner malt. Hot side, in the boil, we add copious amounts of low alpha acid German hops including Tettnanger, Spalt Select, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Hersbrucker, + some Czech Saaz for good measure. In the cellar, Rowhaus is fermented low and slow, naturally carbonated, and lagered for many moons. Filtered to a brilliant clarity, the sum of these parts is a beautifully aromatic pilsner bier with delicate bitterness and immense drinkability. Unquestionably one of our finest lager biers to date.
