(Draft at Protokoll, Berlin, 15 May 2026) Dark brown colour, almost black, with creamy beige head. Malty, roasty nose with notes of dark bread, chocolate and roasted grain. Malty, roasty taste with dark bread, chocolate, coffee, grain, roasted nuts and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.
