This cider is steeped with special green oolong tea that Is harvested and rolled by hand on a 5th generation family farm in Northern Thailand. The tea trees grown alongside native flowers and are tended with care.

500ml bottle via Press online. Week in the fridge & poured into my trusty mojito glass.
Settled, pale medium gold, not much head.
Smell is gentle white tea with some faint citrus over a slightly acidy apple base. Soothing.
Sharp apples, medium tart. Lemon oil, orange citrus, slightly herbal, faintly astringent. Restrained, earthy tea flavor melds well with the acid.
Slightly crabby, oily feel, medium low carb, overall bright.
Very well done flavor meld on a solid cider base.
