Recipe and label by David Prieto, winner of the Gold Bottle award at the 13th Homebrewer Competition of "El Jardín del Lúpulo".
An intense and balanced aroma, combining citrus and resinous notes with a malty background reminiscent of light caramel and bread crust. On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with a medium body and smooth texture. The bitterness is firm and well-defined, integrating with toasted nuances. A long, dry, and persistent finish, with a pleasant, slightly bitter aftertaste.

Medium dark amber with a tall off-white head. Big pine up front followed by chewy caramel malt, dark bread, chocolate, toasted malts, and a bit of sweetness. Medium bodied. Finishes with a good rough bitterness and caramel malt sweetness. A big classicly bitter IPA.
