Bourbon barrel Aged imperial stout blend conditioned on pecans, Mizunara, and bourbon barrel maple syrup. This blend was inspired by a number of adjunct extraction techniques used at Private Press. While roasting pecans for Path To Horizon, I knew that a pecan-forward stout blend was imminent. As the blend took form, a spice presence was added via Mizunara, and a pop of maple brought it all together. Howling Wilderness is a blend inspired by trees.
